Last Friday, KOTO and Lightpath Leadership kicked off the Her Turn: 6 Month Leadership Program. The first of six modules was hosted at KOTO Studio in Hanoi and brought together 20 women working in the hospitality and tourism industry across Vietnam.
It was a very special day and a huge achievement bringing together a group of such inspiring women from provinces across the country.
The day began with participants getting to know each other over coffee and cakes, followed by a program introduction from Jimmy Pham, KOTO Founder and Irene Öhler. Once the workshop commenced participants began to connect their values and leadership purpose, share stories from their past and share their career goals for their future.
Over the next 6 months, the participants will take part in another five modules. Four of the modules will be held as online workshops, followed by a final offline module which will take place in Ho Chi Minh City and will feature an end-of-program celebration with all of the participants.
