KOTO Graduates often decide to continue working in KOTO Enterprises after they finish their training, despite having many opportunities to work outside KOTO. Our Graduates want to give back, sharing what they have learned with new Trainees because they feel privileged to have had a second chance in life.
 
External talent is often hired for strategic positions within the KOTO Team. These appointments bring added value thanks to their long experience in the food, beverage and hospitality industry both within and external to Vietnam. These skilled people come from different backgrounds resulting in an energetic, capable and enthusiastic team, ready to professionally serve KOTO customers and guests.
