The KOTO Enterprise operates KOTO Van Mieu, our flagship training restaurant on a commercial, non-profit basis, providing key funding to KOTO Foundation & our vocational training program. KOTO Van Mieu is a six-story commercial restaurant & catering business, located in Hanoi, which not only provides financial support for KOTO training program & disadvantaged communities, but also the opportunity for trainees to gain work experience and English language practice in a real hospitality environment catering to both local & international customers.
Expanding its impact, KOTO launched ST25 by KOTO, showcasing Vietnam’s finest cuisine while continuing to empower at-risk youth through hospitality training. Also, KOTO has partnered with KPMG to open a café, further sustaining our journey and creating financial support to help us fulfill our mission. Together, these initiatives create a powerful ecosystem of hospitality & transformation.
ST25 by KOTO
In partnership with Sofitel Saigon Plaza, we are proud to introduce ST25 by KOTO. This new venture continues our commitment to building a community of hospitality professionals & active citizens. ST25 by KOTO is our award winning authentic Vietnamese restaurant inspired by the stories of KOTO alumni & crafted by renowned chefs. Through this initiative, we continue to share the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam while empowering the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry.
