FREE VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN

WEE is a project that enhances vocational skills and entrepreneurship for disadvantaged women, focusing on ethnic minority women and those from rural and remote areas in Vietnam. It is funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and implemented by KOTO.

 

The program is open to women aged 18-28 who are in good health, capable, and determined to learn. Priority is given to: Ethnic minority women, women from disadvantaged or high-risk backgrounds, women from vulnerable groups, women living in extremely difficult conditions, women in rural areas, etc.

TRAINEE BENEFITS

100% Free Scholarship for a 6-Month Training Program.Trainees can choose one of the two vocational courses: Commercial Cookery or Hospitality.  
 

Additionally, trainees will receive training in:  

  • English Communication & Industry-Specific English

  • Life Skills

  • Basic Computer Skills

Free Support During Training at KOTO:

  • Accommodation, meals, and healthcare

  • A professional, supportive, and friendly learning environment

  • Internship opportunities at top restaurants and hotels 

  • Career counseling and guaranteed job placement upon course completion

KOTO Scholarship
6-Month Program Sponsored by DFAT

  • Each year, KOTO awards two scholarship intakes, with 25 slots per intake.  

  • Application period: Open year-round  

  • Course start dates: March & September annually  

  • Location: KOTO Training Centre, Phat Tich, Bac Ninh
