Understand The Impacts of Our Program

In October 2024, Mekong Economics Ltd. was commissioned by KOTO to conduct an independent impact evaluation of its Her Turn Program. The evaluation used both quantitative and qualitative methods, including a survey targeting program alumni to assess its impact on confidence, well-being, and socio-economic security. In addition, interviews with employers of Her Turn graduates explored how the program influenced workplace diversity and equality, as well as the alignment of VET program outcomes with employer needs. The result has once again, become a testimony for KOTO good works and impacts, especially in empowering disadvantaged women from rural and ethnic minority background.
